AUSTRALIA'S LARGEST ORGANIC CHERRY ORCHARD
Our family grows fresh organic cherries across two orchards situated in a cool climate, high altitude area of Australia, renowned for its food and wine production.
Our farms are located at Nashdale, near Orange in the central west of NSW - on the base of an extinct volcano. This gives us rich, fertile, basalt volcanic soils in which to grow.
The altitude and colder nights slow the ripening process of our cherries, which enables greater sugar production and creates better flavour and the delicious real cherry taste.
